Private Culinary Events

In Greenwich Village, Miette Culinary Studio’s relaxed, intimate and charming French countryside setting makes the perfect backdrop for private culinary events. The studio has a prep area, a large kitchen, and a quaint dining room with a fireplace and antique Venetian mirrors.

In the heart of Little Italy, our new Mulberry Street location is an 1800 sq. ft loft space, with exposed brick walls, chef's kitchen, and outdoor terrace. Cooking parties of up to 40 people can be accommodated here, and it is available for cocktail parties, product launches, catered events and rentals.

Cooking Parties
People with all levels of cooking experience are welcome. The more practiced home chef picks up new ideas while the beginner cook learns how to prepare a three-course meal.  Participants expand skills and knowledge in the kitchen as they enjoy socializing and working together in groups to create a memorable lunch or dinner. It's festive, and it's fun!

Pricing
8 guests or fewer - $950 plus a $150 set up fee, 18% Gratuity. Three course hands-on culinary instruction, seated dinner in our dining room and a glass of wine per guest. You are welcome to bring your own wine. The event is three hours in length

9 or more guests - $110 per person plus a $150 set up fee, $100 cleaning fee and 18% Gratuity. Three course hands-on culinary instruction, seated dinner in our dining room and a glass of wine per guest. You are welcome to bring your own wine. The event is three hours in length.

Private Food & Wine Pairing Event

Sommelier, James Stahl has paired great wines with Chef Paul’s delicious recipes.  Learn how to choose wines that work well with the foods you love to cook and eat.  All food and wine pairing events are full hand- on participation so you will learn to cook as well as choose the right wine with your meals. You will receive a write up on each wine served along with the recipe booklet. There are three different wines tasted. James is on hand for the entire class, along with the chefs, to discuss the grapes, regions, character of the wines and to address questions about food and wine pairing.

Three course hands-on culinary instruction, a Sommelier is present throughout the event, three wines are sampled and list of the wines are distributed to all guests. The Sommelier will explain why each wine was chosen with the meal. The event concludes with a seated dinner in our dining room. The event is three hours in length.  All wines are provided by Miette Culinary Studio, Inc.
