Private Culinary Events Miette Culinary Studio’s relaxed, intimate and charming French countryside setting makes the perfect backdrop for private culinary events. The studio has a prep area, a large kitchen, and a quaint dining room with a fireplace and antique Venetian mirrors. People with all levels of cooking experience can be combined. The more practiced home chef picks up new ideas while the beginner cook learns how to prepare a three-course meal. Participants expand skills and knowledge in the kitchen as they have fun socializing and working together in groups to create gourmet meals using seasonal farmers’ produce and other healthful ingredients. Parties culminate with a candlelit, sit-down meal in our newly renovated dining room. 8 or less guests - $950 plus a $150 set up fee, 18% Gratuity. Three course hands-on culinary instruction, seated dinner in our dining room and a glass of wine per guest. You are welcome to bring your own wine. Private Food & Wine Pairing Event Sommelier, James Stahl has paired great wines with Chef Paul’s delicious recipes. Learn how to choose wines that work well with the foods you love to cook and eat. All food and wine pairing events are full hands on participation so you will learn to cook as well as choose the right wine with your meals. You will receive a write up on each wine served along with the recipe booklet. There are three different wines tasted. James is on hand for the entire class, along with the chefs, to discuss the grapes, regions, character of the wines and other interesting information about food and wine pairing.

hands-on culinary instruction, a Sommelier is present throughout the event,
three wines are sampled and list of the wines are distributed to all guests. The
Sommelier will explain why each wine was chosen with the meal. The event
concludes with a seated dinner in our dining room. The event is three hours in
