Food And Wine Classes

Sommelier, James Stahl has paired great wines with Chef Paul’s delicious recipes.  Learn how to choose wines that work well with the foods you love to cook and eat.  All food and wine pairing classes are full hands on participation so you will learn to cook as well as choose the right wine with your meals. You will receive a write up on each wine served along with the recipe booklet.
There are three different wines tasted and a two-course meal. James is on hand for the entire class, along with the chefs, to discuss the grapes, regions, character of the wines and other interesting information about food and wine pairing.
Classes are limited to 12 participants and are 2 hours and 30 minutes in length.  Cost: $130 per person.

Clam and corn chowder
Indian coconut fresh curry with basmati Rice and lentil dall
Summer fruit cobbler with homemade vanilla ice cream

* Cancellation policy: Classes may be rescheduled, if we are notified one week prior to the class, other wise a class may not be rescheduled.  No refunds are given.
