Food And Wine Classes

Sommelier James Stahl leads this class in pairing great wines with Chef Paul’s delicious recipes. Three different wines are paired with a two-course meal. All classes are full, hands-on, participation so you will learn to cook as well as choose the right wine with your meals. Come and learn how to choose wines that work well with the foods you love to cook and eat!

James is on hand for the entire class, along with chef instructors, to discuss the grapes, regions, character of the wines, and other interesting information about food and wine pairing. You will receive a write-up on each wine served along with the recipe booklet.

Classes are limited to 12 participants and are 2 hours and 30 minutes in length.  Cost: $140 per person.

* Cancellation policy: Classes may be rescheduled, if we are notified one week prior to the class, other wise a class may not be rescheduled.  No refunds are given.
