APPLE PIE FILLING
(Makes 8 servings)
Ingredients
4 – 6 Golden Delicious Apples
½ cup Sugar
1 teas. Cinnamon
½ teas. Vanilla Extract
1 teas. Lemon Juice
2 Tbs. All-Purpose Flour
Procedure
1. Cut apples into small cubes; toss with sugar lemon juice and vanilla extract until the apples are well coated.
2. Sprinkle flour over apple mixture and toss again.
3. Place apple mixture into prepared pie shells and bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 30 -35 minutes until completely golden brown.
