BREADSTICKS
(Makes 8 servings)

Ingredients 
6 cups Bread Flour
2 cups Water
1 stick Butter
½ cup  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 ounce Yeast
2 Tbs. Sea Salt

Procedure 
1. Combine all ingredients together in a mixer and mix until dough is formed; continue to mix dough for an addition 2 minutes on medium speed.
2. Place dough in a well oiled bowl and let rest for 1 hour. When dough is rested, roll out on a floured surface into a rectangular shape which is approximately 8 inches in length; then cut strips approximately one inch in wide.
3. Place dough strips on a sheet pan with parchment paper; brush each strip with a light coating of water and sprinkle with desired topping; sesame seeds, poppy seeds, parmesan cheese, cayenne or cracked black pepper. 
4. Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden brown.
