Breakfast Pizza
(Frittata)
Ingredients
4 Eggs, Beaten
1/4-1/2 C. Cheddar or
Monterey Jack Cheese, Grated
1/4 C. Diced Ham, Pepperoni,
Mushrooms ,
or other Pizza Topping
1 T. Butter or Margarine
Procedure
Preheat Oven to 400
1. In Mixing Bowl, Mix together
the Eggs and add Salt and Pepper to taste
2. Over Medium Heat, Melt the
Butter in an 8-inch Frying Pan
with a Metal Handle
3. Pour in the Egg Mix and Cook
for just a minute to set the bottom
4. Place the Cheese and Toppings
on top of the Eggs. Or, to get more of a
pizza look, wait for this until the eggs are almost cooked through.
5. Place in the oven and bake 10
minutes or until firm
6. Remove from the oven . Cool slightly and cut into Wedges
