HOT DOG & BEAN SOUP

Ingredients 
1 lb. Hot Dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces 
1 T. Vegetable Oil 
1 C. Onion, chopped 
1 C. Celery, chopped 
2 C. Carrot, ½ inch slices 
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 
2 C. Water 
2 Cans Chicken Broth 
1 can White Beans

Procedure 
1. over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the Hot Dogs until browned. Remove from pot and leave in a bowl 
2. In same pot, cook the Onion, Celery, Carrots and Garlic for 5 to 10 Minutes.Add the Water, Chicken Broth, Beans and S&P 
3. Bring to Boil, Turn Heat to Low and Cook for 15 Min. 
4. Put Hot Dogs back in before serving
