VERY SIMPLE BUTTERCREAM ICING

Ingredients 
3 ½ C Confectioners Sugar 
1 C. Butter 
1 t. Vanilla Extract 
2 to 4 t. Milk

Procedure 
In Mixer, whip together the Butter, One Third of the Sugar and the Vanilla Whip until Soft and Getting Creamy. Gradually add remaining Sugar, using Milk to thin out the icing as needed
