NUT FINANCIERS
(Makes 8 servings)

Ingredients 
6 ounces brown butter
2 ounce all purpose flour
6 ounces granulated sugar
5 ounces hazelnut paste, unsweetened 
5.5 ounces egg whites

Procedure 
1.Prepare brown butter cube butter and place it into a small sauce pan, cook the butter until it turns a nutty brown color.
2. Remove the butter immediately from the pan to stop the cooking process. Set aside and cool.
3. Stir together flour sugar and nut paste to make a smooth batter. Slowly add in egg whites then add in brown butter. Chill mixture. Lightly butter tart pans and fill the molds 2/3 full.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10- 15 minutes.
Un-mold while still warm.
