ORANGE FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients
8 Thick Slices Brioche (or other Egg-Rich Bread), or French Bread
2 Eggs
1 C. Cream or Milk
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1 T. Sugar
Zest of 1 Orange
Stick of Butter
Procedure
1. Break Eggs into mixing bowl. Whisk together Eggs, Cream, Vanilla, Sugar and Orange Zest
2. Dip Bread Slices into Egg Batter and Flip over. Let rest for a few minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid. Flip over again and let sit for awhile before cooking.
3. Heat Frying Pan or Skillet over Medium Heat. Put 1 T. Butter on Skillet, Let it Melt and Turn a little Brown
4. Carefully place Bread in Skillet. Cook until Browned
5. Flip it over and Brown other side
