OVEN BAKED CREAMY POLENTA
(Makes 4 servings )

Ingredients 
3 cups water 
¾ cup cornmeal 
1 ¼ teaspoon salt 
1/8 teaspoon pepper 
¼ cup milk 
2 tablespoons butter 
1 teaspoon marjoram

Procedure 
1. In a dutch oven (casserole with lid) combine water, cornmeal, salt and pepper 
2. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees and then stir. 
3. Bake for 15 more minutes 
4. Remove from oven and add milk, butter and marjoram
