POLKA-DOT OVEN PANCAKE
Ingredients
1 8 oz. Package Brown & Serve Sausage Links
1 C. All Purpose Flour
2 T. Sugar
2 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. Salt
1 Egg
3/4 C. Milk
3 T. Butter, melted
Non-Stick Spray
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Cut Sausage into ½-inch thick slices.
2. Heat small skillet, add a little oil, and cook Sausage until lightly browned. Remove from pan, drain on paper towels and set aside.
3. Put Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Salt in mixing bowl. Add Egg and Milk. Stir to combine. Stir in melted Butter. Stir until just combined. The batter should still be lumpy.
4. Spray an 11"X7"X1/2" pan with Non-Stick Spray. Pour in Batter, and scatter in the Sausage slices.
5. Bake about 25 minutes, or until light golden brown. Cut into squares- serve
