Quick Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
½ T. Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs
1 T. Water
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Procedure
1. Beat Eggs and Water together with a fork. Season with Salt & Pepper
2. Over Medium Heat, melt butter in a Nonstick Frying Pan
3. Pour in Eggs, and swirl the pan until the Egg coats the bottom
4. From the edges, push the egg gently into the center of the pan to build up height. Cook, moving gently for 1-3 Minutes. Place filling in Center
5. Gently fold in half, and Slide out onto plate.

Fillings Suggestions
1 T. Grated Cheese
1 T. Crumbled Bacon
2 t. Jelly or Jam
2 T. Diced Ham
Diced Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes
Sliced Mushrooms
