CHICKEN STEW
(Makes 8 servings)

Ingredients 
3 pounds chicken breast
4 cups potatoes
2 cups carrot
1 cup celery
2 onions sliced thinly
5 cups chicken stock
¼ cup flour for thickening 

Procedure 
1. Brown chicken in stock pot add salt and pepper to taste. 
2. Cube potatoes ¼ inch cubes. Cut carrots, chop celery and add onions thinly slice. 
3. Top the pot off with 5 cups of broth and cook for 1 hour until chicken and vegetables are tender. 
4. In a small bowl combine the ¼ cup flour and 3tbs. water and make a thin paste add into pot and cook for another 10 minutes until stew has thickened up.
