APPLE STRUDEL

Ingredients 
8 Apples, peeled, cored cut into wedges 
½ C. Brown Sugar 
1 T. Ground Cinnamon 
½ C. Walnut Pieces 
2 Sheets Puff Pastry 
4 T. Butter, melted 
1 Egg, beaten lightly with 1 t. Water

Procedure 
Roll out Puff Pastry in neat rectangle until very thin, 
Brush with half the Butter 
Toss Apples in Large Bowl with Sugar, Cinnamon and Nuts 
Put half of Apple mixture on lower 1/3 of Pastry. Roll up Tightly 
Brush liberally with Egg Wash, 
 Transfer to Baking sheet either Greased or Lined with Paper 
Poke a couple of Holes in top to allow steam to escape 
Repeat with remaining Dough and Apples 
Bake at 400? for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown
