Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your registration for a class up until 7 calendar days in advance of the class date and receive a credit toward another class. No credit will be given for any class registration cancelled less than 7 calendar days prior to a class date. Miette Culinary Studio reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. If a class is cancelled by Miette we will contact students to arrange for a credit for another class. No refunds are given.

Acknowledgment of risk and waiver of liability

I hereby consent to the aforementioned person participating in the cooking class at the Miette Culinary Studio. In consideration for allowing the aforementioned person to use these facilities I hereby release the Miette Culinary Studio, its officers, employees and teachers from all liability for any and all damages suffered by the aforementioned person while under the instruction, supervision or control of Miette Culinary Studio or its employees. Additionally, in the event the aforementioned person is unable to follow the directions given to him/her in a safe manner and is deemed to be of an inappropriate age by his/her instructor the aforementioned person will not be allowed to finish the class.

I authorize the Miette Culinary Studio to photograph and/or videotape class/event for publicity purposes (including visits from news media and photos on Miette’s website). I understand that these materials will not be sold or loaned and will be used only to promote Miette Culinary Studio.
